Managing a Pregnant Mare

I was just curious how often a horse needs to be checked by a vet during her pregnancy and what types of vaccinations they need during pregnancy?

The vet would be better to advise on this.  If she is not having problems I would leave things alone, in the wild there are no vet checks.  We has people tend to try and help horses too much sometime and make things worse.

Feed her good, make sure she has a salt and mineral block, supplement her food with some mare grain and she should be fine.  They have survived for millions of year without our help.  :)
