Question
HI I HAVE A STALLION WHICH WAS HURT BY ANOTHER STALLION.HE CANNOT REST ON HIS REAR LEG. HE IS NOT LAME AT ALL. EATING WELL BUT IS WALKING ON THREE LEGS ONLY. AREA BETWEEN ANKLE AND KNEE SLIGHTLY SWOLLEN. HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO CHECK IF HIS LEG IS BROKEN OR JUST SPRAINED?

Hello Sadia,

You must call your vet immediately, to come and look at the stallion.  There is no other thing to do. He needs xrays.
If your stallion cannot walk on the leg, then he is definitely lame.  Call your vet.  And never, never put two stallions together or in close proximity with each other.
