You have asked a question that is way too complicated to answer here.  There are many ways to train a horse. Also depends upon what you want to teach them.  Best I can suggest is get some books or better videos on the topic and start there.  Then find someone who does train and work with them. There are dozens of different training styles, I am a least resistance trainer which is in the school that John Lyons, Pat Parelli, etc. do.  But do some basic research and then go from there.
