hello sir, are "block heel shoes" and "high heel shoes" one and the same or they are different?

if they are different, can you differentiate both of them?

I have never heard of "high heel" shoes for horses. You seem to have a great interest in farrier knowledge. I think you would benefit greatly from reading a book that is used for farrier education.
