russian tortoise not eating and no bowel movements

my tortoise has stopped eating and has not had a bowel movement in a couple
of days. She is also extending her neck and making a chirping noise constantly

Answer
This can be many things- wrong diet, wrong temps, dehydration, illness, etc.

I would recommend...

1.) checking out a good care site, like http://ww.tortoisetrust.org or http://www.russiantortoise.org to make sure it is getting the right care, or...

2.) logging into http://www.tortoiseforum.org or http://www.turtleforum.com to discuss the issues in a more interactive format, or...

3.) take it to a vet. The chirping might be a sign of a respiratory infection.
