African Sulcata Tortise

Hi,  We have a 1.5 year old African Sulcata Tortise.  About a week ago we took him to the vet and he was put on nose drop antibiotics for a cold.  He seemed to get better, but I came home from work today and he sounded terrible.  Sounds like he is gasping for air and making weird noises.  I got him an apt. for tomorrow, but anything you know that I can do to help him?  The vet said that it sounds like his virus got worse and will probably need a shot.  Thanks for any help you can give.

Your vet is probably right. Not being a vet, and not having first hand knowledge of your tortoise, I cannot really add much.
