male or female

Hi, I have 2 large sulcata and I was wondering how to tell if they are male or female. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you..

If your sulcata really are large (or at least over 12"), I suspect that you have females simply because male sulcata are prone to flashing (showing the penis), and if your tortoises were flashing you'd definitely know it.  That's usually how people figure out they have a male.  If your tortoises are under 12" you'll probably have to wait a while longer to be able to sex them.  Hope this helped!
