I think my turtle is sick

QUESTION: My red ear sliders eyes are swollen shut.  She doesn't seem to want to open them.  Her skin is also peeling!  I raised her water temp to 80 degrees and bought reptile vitamins, is she sick, and what else can i do for her!

QUESTION: She is 7 by 5 in inches long, she is in a 40 gallon reptile tank, she has a heating light and a UV light!  I feed her turtle treats every day, she gets vitamins that go on the food twice a week. she likes fish and worms but wont eat vegetables. She doesn't go in direct sunlight often!

Hello again than kyou for the answers. She does need uvb from the sun and she needs that as often as possible.
She will benefit in many ways from the given natural effect.

you can offer her collard greens and carrots offacionally. However Id say that she needs to get out in the sun you can use a childs waddingpool with enough water for her to swim but she needs to get outside.
