Do you mean, can they reproduce?  Turtles can mate with anything they want :)

They can mate but they can't produce viable eggs or offspring.

Of course, there's always a slim chance.  I've had so many vets tell me that different turtle species cannot produce babies but then again I have a turtle that is most likely a mixed turtle.  The vets can't explain him LOL.
