My Turle wont eat right?

what do you do when your turtle wont eat anything other than fish? ... we have gave her pellets, vegetables...she just wont eat anything but little feeder fish and meat like shrimp.

Can you tell me what species of turtle it is and how old (or how big)?  Most aquatic turtles eat some plant material, but not all, and in some species juvenile turtles are more carnivorous than adults.  If you can give me more information, I can give you some ideas.
