Question
QUESTION: I'm getting a baby 2 month old sandfire bearded dragon today what is some tips for everything about her?

ANSWER: Hello Xaziea,

What type of setup will you be using for her?
You will need a UVB light.  The two that I recommend are either the Reptisun 10 tube bulb or the Arcadia D3 12% tube bulb.  They need to be mounted directly beside a bright white basking light.
The basking temperatures need to be measured with a digital probe or temp gun & need to be around 95-110 with a cooler end around 78-82.

I would use non adhesive shelf liner, or paper towels to start with, for the substrate or liner for the bottom of the tank.
Do you have calcium supplementation for her?  The calcium supplementation should be given once a day, for 5 times per week, with a vitamin supplement 1-2 times per week.

What do you plan on feeding her?

QUESTION: the set up I have chosen her is a 35 gallon with rep carpet she has a bid dome hiding spot with plastic plants in variest of spots some thick vines sprung around for her and a tilted rock for basking on the side I have water flowing water fall for water and two separate dishes for her food this cage is long ways I have waxworks for treats nealworms and pin head crickets I also bought varies veggies and fruit  like strawberrys and turnips also like called greens and a mango to mince I do have calcium dust too but is there any other advice you can give me on her. in general?

Answer
Hello Xaziea,

The 35 gallon tank size is fine for starting her out.  Eventually, she will need at least a 75 or larger tank when she is an adult.
Feed the mealworms sparingly, as they have more chitin & fat than other feeders.  I would stick with the crickets when she is tiny but you can add calciworms or phoenix worms instead of using the meal worms so much.
The fruit is fine, but she wont need much of it since too much sugar can cause diarrhea.  I would feed fruit maybe 2 times per week, but the turnip greens are fine.  You can also use mustard & collard greens, or dandelion greens, too.

Be sure the basking light is a bright white light & not a light with neodymium coating on it such as the "daylight" spectrum lighting.   It needs to be 5000K to 6500K for the readings for brightness.
You will have to send a picture of her & your tank set up when you get her!
Let me know how things are going.  When will you be getting her?
