Can leopard geckos eat minnows?

I have 2 leopard geckos and they are both about 5 years old.  I only feed them crickets and mealworms but I was wondering if they woul deat minnows if I put them in their water dish?

I wouldn't feed leopard geckos minnows. In the wild, they wouldn't have access to fish, and to my knowledge it hasn't been tested. Also, they don't have the instincts to be able to catch minnows underwater. There is also the possibility that there would be bacteria in the minnows that   would harm your geckos.
