tortoise problem

i recently bought a horsefeild tortoise after buying him i found out
after research that i had been given wrong equipment and info bout him
i am worried as he doesnt seem to be hardly eating but he is active any
info please?

First of all- a household tortoise is a very generalized name
It would help to narrow down what species of tortoise that you have
I am sure that it was sold to you by the pet shop by that name
