Question
I have a new pet bunny (Gracie) that I have had for three weeks. She is only a baby but does not seem interested in toys - I am worried she is board.
I have tried, squeeky toys, toys hidding food, cardboard boxes with lots of entries stuck together, digging trays....what else can I try?
Also I found a cheeky mouse in Gracie's hutch this morning eating her food
a) Is this dangerous for my Rabbit - can she catch diseases
b)How can I prevent this?

Answer
There's a list of different toys you can try at http://www.rabbit.org/faq/sections/toys.html  Some bunnies like boxes, some like newspaper, some like phone books, some like toss toys, some like baskets, and some don't seem to like any at all.

I would want to keep the mouse out if you can.  Mice can pass on mites, fleas, lice, and possibly rabies.  You may need to put smaller gauge wire around the cage so the mouse can't get in.  Alternatively, bring the rabbit in at night to a garage or enclosed porch.
