excess skin under rabbits neck

I have a year old female dwarf lop rabbit and have recently noticed that the skin directly under her neck is getting bigger, like a pouch. I dont think this is an abcess or cyst etc as there is no lump when i feel this. It just feels like skin under the hair. Its almost like my rabbit has got a double chin. Is this anything for me to worry about?

As long as the skin is soft and pliable, it's not a problem.  She's just developed a dewlap, which some rabbits have.  It's more common in females and in larger breeds, but some dwarf bunnies get them, too.  

They're like a bunny's little built-in chin pillow!  :)
