Question
hi there. I have a lionhead dwarf rabbit and she is fine until she ran loose and got herself stuck on a mouse sticky trap. As you know the sticky trap is similar to crazy glue so now her fur is extremely sticky. I have tried cleaning her off with soap and water although she hates getting wet. but it doe not seems to work because her fur is still sticky and she won't stop licking herself. I'm afraid she might get poisoned from the glue if she continues to lick herself. Please give me some advice on how to clean the glue off without hurting her. thank you in advance

Answer
Well, this is a new one for me.

I found some things you can try.  Be sure to wash the fur very well when you're done.

Peanut Butter
Butter
Cooking Oil
Rubbing Alcohol

I'm not sure how much or many tries to would take to get the glue off.  This site has some instruction when a cat got into one of those traps:

I hope this helps
