Hi Haylee,

you take your rabbit to a good rabbit vet.  Not all vets have a lot of experience with rabbits, so it is good to go to one that does.  Start here:

and find a House Rabbit Society-recommended vet near you.

Please don't wait, if your rabbit has real breathing problems he needs to get medical help as soon as physically possible.  He could die if left untreated and this is a real problem.  Rabbits have small lungs for their body size, you don't want to let these problems with breathing linger untreated.
