my 4 month old bunny just had babys 1 week ago and today had to clean the cage out along with the nest box thats in the cage so i took out mom bunny and nest and cleaned cage took about 20 min, mom was seperate from babys i put them back in clean cage and now mom has diarrhea and the only thing that i did different was change food 2 days ago because they didn't have same food at store. can you please help.

Four months is incredibly young for her to have given birth, and this is very stressful and unhealthy for her.  This stress alone could be the reason for the runny stool.  Please read this immediately:

and get her to a good rabbit vet ASAP in case she is suffering from bad effects from this ungodly early pregnancy:

Once the babies are weaned (no younger than 8 weeks), be sure she is spayed.  I hope she has not been with a male since the birth, because if so she is pregnant again, and this will kill her unless you take action to stop the constant pregnancies.  Please read:
