Rabbit doesnt move

Hi I just bought a baby rabbit on Monday and it is just lying there not moving but it is breathing could something be wrong?

If it's truly not moving or acting like it might be scared, then yes I would expect that something may be wrong with it.  Young rabbits are pretty active and should be showing interest in things and moving about.

It probably would be a good idea to take the rabbit to the vet and see if something is wrong with it. If you see anything like discharge from it's eyes or nose, or if the stools seem runny, then your baby very much needs to go to the vet.
