Hi my question is regarding newborn dwarf rabbits...if the mother rabbit isn't feeding the newborn what would be the best way to feed the infant with???

Hi,

mom only feeds once or twice a day, usually when nobody is around.  They spend all the rest of their time away from the kits so as to not draw attention to the nest.  It's a prey instinct.  So you could very well never see her feeding them, it only takes a few minutes.  Rabbit milk is extremely rich so it doesn't take long.
