unusual growth

My rabbit is a lionhead who is around 9 months old. We noticed yesterday that she had some matted fur on her head as she does have quite alot around her head so i took her to my parents house to get her groomed and noticed that within the matted fur there is some skin its quite a long bit of skin not sure if it has anything in it or whether it is just skin. There are 3 bits all together that all appear to have skin in and they are all on her head any advice on what these may be? Thanks

Since I can't see the lesions, I can't really begin to guess what they might be.  A very clear picture would help.  But it would be best to get bun to an experienced rabbit vet for full check up and proper diagnosis, to see if this is something that needs to be treated or removed.
