feeding my rabbit

i just got my 4 month old rabbit today and i am not sure how much to feed it a day

Answer
You can feed it as much timothy or grass hay as it wants.  I prefer to keep my rabbits on a hay diet with about a tablespoon of good quality pellets per day.  The idea is to get them to eat more hay as this is what keeps their digestive system moving.  If you just feed pellets they are more susceptible to GI issues.  You can also feed rabbit safe veggies.  You can find a list on rabbit.org
