rabbit not pooping

Our rabbit is a holland lop and has not pooped in 4 days.  we took him to the vet and they gave him reglan to take 3 times daily.  He will eat only lettuce and carrots but not his food or water.  What else do you suggest.

Hi,

getting to an emergency vet is critical.  He is dehydrated at this point, you have no time to waste.  I am surprised he has survived this long.  Please get him to your regular rabbit vet if they are still open or get to an emergency vet immediately.
