Question
I have had my female pot-bellied pig bred twenty-one days ago. Presently she is trying, once again, to mount on peoples legs as she did when she came into her heat cycle.  With this she would normally be swollen and red on her vulva, but this time she isn't.  Does this mean that she is pregnant and showing signs of heat or that she did not catch.  How do you know that they are pregnant?

Answer
Hello,
Then only way to really know if your female is pregnant at this early age would be to take her to your Vet and have have an ultrasound done.
The fact that she is still having the same behavior could very likely mean that she is not pregnant.
Before she has her litter you will see milk lines form where the milk starts to come in a few days before she delivers her piglets.

She will start to nest anywhere from 12 hours to 6 hours before.
Hope this helps,
Patty
