can you help me please?

Answer
red eye goop on any rat is called porphin, and is a symptom, not a condition. You need to address if this is just HER or if its something else underlying. Look for any other respiratory symptoms, including coughing, wheezing, sneezing, congestion, discharge around the nose and mouth, or things like poor skin condition (compared to usual - hairless normally don't have the greatest skin anyway), hunched posture, lack of appetite or drastic personality change. If she's still acting just fine, wipe her eyes off and see when you see the most porph. It's "normal" to see it mostly when they wake up from sleeping or napping, just like we tear when we sleep. If it happens all the time and its excessive to where you think she could be working on an eye infection, I'd suggest taking her to a vet.
