weird clicks,hickups,and whispers..

Hello.I have had my pet rat Meeshii (female siamese)for 9 months now.She was totally white when we got her,now she is half brown.I have noticed that she makes almost hickups or coughs,and she whispers alot into my ears..I dont know if this is normal or not..This happens when she wakes up or gets excited.Can you help me please?Thank you very much.

Half brown... as in... her bottom? Or? Describe how her color is changing.

I'd say her noises are probably normal as long as you're not hearing excessive sneezing and she isn't puffy or sick looking. Listen to her chest for any sounds of congestion in her chest by holding her gently up to your ear, ear pressed against her lung area on the chest. If you don't hear anything other than breathing, you're fine!
