need abit offf help

my lovely rat is around three years old and still looks fit an eats an drinks. but 3 weeks ago i had her on my bed an left her there for maybe 6 mins an lookd under my sheets an saw alot off blood an i check where it was coming. an turnd out to come out off wer she pees or around it. i cleand her all up an it lookd like she woz dieing at the time. an now 3 weeks later i saw how her tummy is all bloated an hard wot does this mean ?

She needs a vet ASAP!  She may have been bleeding vaginally and the bloating may be either inflammation from infection or possibly a mass internally.  She is young enough that spaying her and removing her uterus etc...would save her but you do need a vet now before its too late.
