i think my rat may be dying

I am really scared for my male husky rat right now (age 1 year 2 months).
Basically I have been on holiday for 2 weeks and came back and he was fine with his same behaviour. But yesterday I noticed him lying on the cage floor. I put it down to being in a mood with his female companian as she is quite a handful, but then again today as I came home to see them he was still in the same place, unmoved. I noticed ALOT of blood on his bedding and when I picked him up he seems to be constantly dripping blood from where he urinates. I picked him up to check him over and his feet and ears are cold and not pink in colour, they are white. He looks sad and has no energy. I haven't seen him eat in the last day or drink water. I tried putting food next to him on the floor and a bowl of water but he's not interested. I don't know what to do - all I can think of is the worst if I take him to the vets. Please help.

He needs a vet. Do not let the fact you may be getting bad news from the vet if you take him stop you from going, you will lose him for sure if you do not take him.

Do you have a vet for him?

It sounds like he has something going on with either the urinary tract or kidneys.  It could be infection and he will benefit from antibiotics.  Dont hesitate any longer....if you have someone to take him to, go now, and please keep me posted.
