symptoms?

i really worried my male rat has some kind of yellow discharge coming out the same hole as his pee.HHes in pin whenever he is touched around there and he`s not been very active. Is there anything i can do or will it go away with time!?!

 If he is having abnormal discharge and he is in pain it is something you will need to take him to a vet for, it will not go away on its own and it is unfair to leave him in pain and discomfort.  Hopefully it is something simple like a urinary infection that can be cured with antibiotics and not something more serious.  I hope you are able to get him to a vet and that everything turns out all right!  Good luck!
