galvanized cage, is this a problem, if so can i paint , what type, thanks.

I found a site to help you out better than I about paint.  
I never painted a bird cage, just bought the stainless kind or already painted white.
U might want to research more about paint also.  Use google as your search for I am not going to tell you what kind of paint as I know it takes a special paint so they do not pick at it and die from the wrong paint.
