58 year old parrot

my parrot was given to me 3 year ago,I use to babysit him. He go mad when there's a man around, and he try his best to bite that male. and if am holing him while talking and/or being around a male he will bite me.is there any way I can break him from that, if so how. He also eats whatever I eat he was like this when I got him, he eats anythinng from pizza to chessebugers, and all that not good for him. and if he dont get what he wants he want eat what I give him, and he like everthing very warm. what can I do to get him to eating healtly. Like I said he is 58 years of age is it too late. Also his eye water and become like bubblely like soap suds what is that do you know, Please help me.

First, if the bird has a runny eye (and it looks like bubblely soap suds), you need to get him to an avian vet ASAP. The vet will also be able to give you some advice about his diet and how to improve it.
