lovebird behaivor

My lovebird is acting a little odd.  In his sleeping area (a wash cloth hammick) there is this weird supstance in the corner of the perch area and on the tag of the wash cloth.  It's a milky white with little red bumps in it.  I don't know what is going on.  His behaivor other wise is exactly the same.  Do you know what that substance is and why he's doing it?

Not sure about this?  It could be that he is a male regurgitating food to his favourite objects as he is feeling sexy, but the red lumps are a mistery. Could it be something he has eaten?

If he has not eaten anything red, then a visit to the vet is required.
