There is no real way for sure to tell how old your parrot is unless you have raised him yourself from an egg, or if someone else raised him, such as a breeder, if they have records of the parrot's birth.  Most reputible breeders will have records on the bird.

A vet can guess a bird's age, but that's all it would be is a guess.
