Senegal Question

Hi there,
I have a crazy Senegal. I bought him/her about 5 years ago and right from the start the breeder said she had never seen a parrot with a personality like mine. In any event I have two questions for you:

1) My Senegal has yellow eyes. Is that common? I have yet to see another with this characteristic.

2) This parrot has a SERIOUS obsession with plastic Gatorade bottles. I have purchased many toys for it (like a $40 box filled with leather strips for it to pull out) and ithas yet to touch it. However if you put a $0.05 plastic bottle in front of it, it goes NUTS. It will play with the bottle for 5 hrs straight. First it takes off the label, then the safety ring, folled by the cap. Finally it try to make a hole in the end. Once all that is done it waits for the next bottle. I have never drank more Gatorade in my life! Is this safe? I hope it is, because If i try to take the bottle away it follows me all around the house trying to get at it.

and yes its safe as long as he is never allowed to get at a bottle with gatorade still in it it could be harmful to him if he drinks it.
