Moustached parakeet

I have a Moustached Parrot, and he's probably about 3 months old. I want to know do Moustached parrots speak with clarity ? Also, can I give him Vitamin B complex everyday ? Please rely.

I really don't know how much clarity a Moustached Parakeet has when it speaks.  I have never heard one speak.
If he is getting enough sunlight, he won't need Vitamin B at all.  His body will naturally make Vitamin B through the sunlight.
