I have an indian ringneck parakeet. I had it for almost 6 months. I battle with it to make it tame .... now it can fly ot my shoulder but still very scared of my finger. How can I get him on my finger. The other problem .... sometimes the bird go into a freansy. He/She start talking/whistling and making loud noises, is there a way to minimize this. Specially in the morning and sunday afternoons.

Hi,

It sounds like your parakeet might just be making normal calls (birds do tend to be loudest during the mornings, for example).
