pair of parakeets flying around

Hi, I was wondering if two birds flying around in a bedroom would poop around in it. I am a 13 year old and am thinking about getting a parakeet. I have a little experence with birds, not I'm no expert. Do you think I should get one?

Yes, they would poop around in the room if they were free-flying.  

I don't comment on whether or not someone should get a parrot...this is a decision only you can make based on your lifestyle, your desires, what your parents will allow you to do, etc.
