blue and gold ?

I have a blue and gold macaw blrd that is great and a love but i cant stop the screeching every morning and late evening what is  best to try.

When it comes to behavior modification, we need to first understand why they are doing the behavior. Macaws touch base in the morning - with their wonderful and annoying voices! It's how they identify that everyone in their society lived through the night - 'we're all here! Hi! Time to start the day!'  So go to her, say hello, give her some attention, focus on her, feed her breakfast and she'll settle down.  

they repeat the action in late afternoon/evening. Telling each other that they're all back from a day of flying and foraging, did everyone make it ok? Hey, hi - how was your day?  repeat the attention.  

We actually sing out "heelllooooo" to ours and their screeches turn into words and back into screeches because they're so excited.  By giving in to them and their nature, they're much happier and less likely to scream inappropriately or excessively.
