Question
Hi:

I want to buy this condo in Fort Myers, its so nice and finally some I can aford.  I received their condo book of rules/regulations. It states "NO PETS WHAT SO EVER"  Didn't know that until after I view that place.   My realtor told me to go on line and find some information about lovebirds being quiet small sweeties.  I need your help so I can print up some documentation that will convince the board that lovebirds won't sqwuak and make all kind of loud parrot noises.  I'll never giveup my sweetie.  She is a peach faced lovebird, the love of my life.  So if they won't make a provision for me to bring my baby, they can stick that condo in their old you know whats.  Please help me find some convincing info so I can get that condo for me and my little baby too.

God bless for your help!

Answer
Hello Marie and thak you for your post.
One question that I have.  The rules/regulations say "NO PETS WHA SO EVER", does this mean that NOBODY has a cat or a turtle or a fish?
One or two lovebirds do NOT make so much noise that they do bother anybody.  They're great for apartment/condo living!

Also, if you are PURCHASING the condo, do they have the right to tell you what you CAN and CAN'T have inside of YOUR home?

I am searching on the internet for some sites for you.  Please be patient with me, as I am going to each site to see if I can find anything that will help you.  I will let you know as soon as I find something.

God Bless.
Dianna
