Sun Conure

I have a 2yr. old Sun Conure. I have heard they are not really good talkers, but like to imitate noises. All mine does is scream..... It is very frustrating and I Am at my wits end. Please help

Not all birds are talkers, even though they have the capabilities.  Not all humans who are artistically inclined are famous; not all musicians are on record labels.

One of the sweetest little conures I know doesn't say a word, but there's no doubt about what he wants, how happy he is and what he doesn't like.  

How long have you had him?  Does he come out of his cage every day?  What is the household like (lots of people, noise, other pets)?
