my love bird bites!!

hi, my question is that, my lovebird always bites me when i grab it. I'm not trying to be annoying, i just want to tame it not to bite and, tame it to fly to my hand when i tell her to come. So, in conclusion, teach me how to tame my bird. (Oh, by the way, does it get choked when i put my shoulders over it's shoulders and slightly rap my hand around it's stomach

You are not going to tame your Lovebird by snatching him out of the cage and making him be with you. Birds are prey animals and they need to trust you. You need to work on positive reinforcement and do NOT make him do anything. You need to work on stepping up instead of restraining him every time you want to handle him. You should not handle  him like that, as you can cause him to be unable to breath as they breath by expanding their chest cavity and the slightest pressure can cause them to suffocate.
