Question
My husband recently purchased a hopper mouse for his tarantula, but it wouldn't eat it, we think because it is getting ready to molt.  I have become attached to the little critter, how do I care for it?

Answer
The feeding of live animals is seen as unfair, inhumane and cruel and is already banned in countries such as Europe, USA and South Africa.

Give your tarantula mealworms, crickets and roaches as these make a far more suitable diet.

General care for mice can be found on the Internet. You will need a cage, a wheel, wood shavings, mouse food and some bedding. Make sure to play with him everyday as they are very social creatures.
