Question
Does mice need to brush their teeth?  What about you give him sugary treats and diet, does they need to brush their teeth?

Answer
Rodents do not have to worry about tooth decay like humans do, so no, mice do not need regular dental check ups or cleanings. Mice however do need something to keep their teeth in good shape, as rodents teeth continuously grow. If they do not have access to items that they can chew on, in order to wear their teeth down, their teeth can overgrow, causing severe pain and discomfort, trouble eating, and infection. They make chew sticks just for this purpose and they are rather inexpensive. You can find them at most pet shops and grocery stores. Hope this helps!
