Yes, mice can cough and sneeze, but it's usually not a good sign.  A sneeze every now and then, every few weeks or after a bedding change, isn't too big of a surprise.  However, a frequent cough or sneezing habit can indicate an upper respiratory infection and should be checked out by a vet.
