Question

know how big will a 2-6 month old baby ig will be and if i have a big enough
cage for it . I only have a 30 Gallon cage. Please help.
Bailey

Answer
Hi Bailey, Iguanas need a large enclosure as adults they can be up to 6 ft long. A30 gallon will last a few weeks at the most and needs to be much larger. He can be housed in a 55 tall cage until he outgrows it. After the 55 you should build him his larger enclosure. minimum 6ft tall 2-3 feet deep and double the length of him (2ft iguana needs 4ft long cage 1ft needs at least 2 ft long etc.)

Bigger the better and height is extremely important.
