light off coloring

I went to spray my hermit crabs and my mom and I found that 1 of my hermit crabs had a light pink-white color to her!

Were that that color before? It could be that your crab is getting ready to molt. You don't need to spray your crabs though, and really it stresses them out. I know the petstore may have told you to but they are wrong. Just make sure you have damp substrate and get a hygrometer to keep track of the humidity and if you NEED to mist, mist the insides of the glass with dechlorinated water, not the actual crabs.
