Hi, I think my guinea pig turned pregnant when she was 6 months old but I'm not sure she's now about seven weeks pregnant and she about 8 months old. will her birth be all right?

If they are over 8 months and have never had babies before, it can be life threatening. Since you think she got pregnant a little while before she was 8 months old you might be okay.
