How do you sex baby gerbils?

Answer
At around 5 days when they're just getting their furr after they've gotten their fuzz you can flip them over, if you see nipples on the belly then they're females, if they're males they won't have any. The nipples will be under the arms and around the rear legs. You won't be able to tell again until they're about 6 weeks old.
