ill hamster mum and babys

I have a lovely and lively dwarf hamster who gave birth to 6pups. Unfortunately two of them died but she has 4 remaining pups who are now 12days old. Everything seemed to be going fine with both mum and babys, but for the last few days the pups have been squeking very loudly most of the time. Infact it is so loud that it seems as if they are screaming. Should I be worried? Also, today I woke up to find that mum did not look too well and she is sneezing. She seems to be sleeping alot, although she is still eating her food. What should I do? Is it serious? and is there anything wrong with the pups? Im very worried and would appreciate any help you could give me.

Generally pups squeak a lot. What type of bedding are you using? Aspen is generally the best bedding to use. Ceder and pine cause allergies. She may just be really tired from taking care of her pups. Try to put some vitamin drops in her water and the best thing to do is to take her to a vet along with her pups. One of the pups could be fighting with another pup and that could be causing all the squeaking. Keep me updated on what happens. I hope the pups and the mommy does fine.
