hamster diet And one care question

What are the BEST vegetables to feed my syrian hamster and how frequently and in what amounts do I feed them? Also - do you have any suggestions about how to get a hamster out of the cage so that it's not freaked out - once my little guy is out he's fine and sweet but he really doesn't like getting removed from the cage - he is pretty new and he has never tried to bite me so I want to avoid that happening.

Answer

      You can feed him things like carrots, apples, and bananas. No hamster likes getting removed from their cage at first. You just have to hold him a lot and let him get used to you. After that things won't b eas hectic.
